Full Sail Solutions^™ defines the culture of a company as its identity. Similar to a person’s identity, it’s who the company is, the way they think about themselves, the way the company is viewed by the world, and the characteristics that define them.

By explaining to them that the survey is administered by Full Sail Solutions^™, an outside vendor. In addition, all data is securely kept with Full Sail Solutions^™ and only categorized results are included in the report.

An automatic email is sent to all participants with a link to the survey.

The Culture Evaluation Report will be available approximately one week from the close of the survey. This allows your leaders to quickly communicate survey results and plans for improvement with your employees.

In our experience, surveys given annually don’t work.

• employees’ being unsure that their responses are truly confidential and anonymous.
• lack of timely communication of the results or plans to make improvements with employees.
