Meet Jean Miller, Founder of Full Sail Solutions™
After founding and managing a successful boutique consulting company for almost 20 years, Jean Miller had a passion to go beyond the finance and accounting areas she served. Her ability to interface extremely well with senior leadership and employees alike made this transition a winning combination.
With the vast knowledge gained from working with businesses of all shapes and sizes, Jean set out to find a way to help teams continually improve their company culture.
That vision lead to the launch of Full Sail Solutions™ and the creation of the SELECTTORS® survey tool with the introduction of the Compass Heading™.
