By explaining to them that the survey is administered by Full Sail Solutions™, an outside vendor. In addition, all data is securely kept with Full Sail Solutions™ and only categorized results are included in the report.
An automatic email is sent to all participants with a link to the survey.
The Culture Evaluation Report will be available approximately one week from the close of the survey. This allows your leaders to quickly communicate survey results and plans for improvement with your employees.
